Lucky for you, there are scholarships available.  You might be successful in getting one, but you must apply to have a chance!

The AWS Foundation offers scholarships for many kinds of welding programs.  Some scholarships are awarded at the AWS District level; some national scholarships are available; and even an international scholarship.
